This 16 million dollar project included the restoration of the brick and terra cotta exterior, bringing back the iron and copper awnings that had once been at the building's entrance, and a new art deco interior. The WS will offer 78 beautifully furnished one and two bedroom suites with full kitchens, a fine dining establishment, nightlife, a 24,000 square foot Day Spa and Fitness Center, limousine service, tanning facilities, beauty salon, business center, meeting facilities.
The unfurnished one- and two-bedroom apartments rent for $1,400 to $2,200 a month.
The furnished versions of the units cost an additional $500 to $1,200 a month.
