The building is a 95,000 square foot, concrete frame building with a brick facade was originally designed by
La Beaume and Klein architects as an office building. The 12-story building sits at the corner of Eleventh
and Locust streets. First-floor commercial/retail, with office space on the 2nd through 5th floors and loft
condominiums on the 6th through 12th floors for a total of 21 lofts. Twelfth floor units in the Louderman
Building will have mezzanines and roof-level terraces. Units range from 1800 to 2000 sq ft and are priced
from the mid $100's to the upper $300's.

UMA moving to a larger space in the same building by March 2006.
Urban Materials + Accessories (UMA) will be moving to a larger space in the same building (where Heuer
Hardware and Locksmith were on the corner). Mike Finan said the move will happen in Mid-Feb early March.
Heuer Hardware will relocate to the Board of Education building just a block and a half east on Locust.

UMA Opens in Louderman Lofts Building
Urban Materials + Accessories (UMA) has opened on the ground floor of the Louderman Lofts building at 11th and
Locust. They are a retail studio featuring high-design accessories for your lifestyle and home. Much of what
they offer is new to the St. Louis area.
