WestGate Lofts

The five-story Haas Building downtown is undergoing a $12 million renovation to build 48 one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums. Prices start around $134,000 with 24 unique loft styles to choose from. The bulding is located at Jefferson Avenue and Locust Street near the A.G. Edwards campus. The building will include indoor secured parking, controlled card access security, rooftop pool and clubhouse.
