Bob Wood of Robert Wood Realty Company is about to move forward with a $25 million conversion of the Majestic Stove building at Delmar Boulevard and 20th Street. The redevelopment calls for 120 loft apartments and will take up nearly a full city block. Rents will range from $538 to $1,320 per month. 25 percent of the units will be leased to tenants who earn less than half of the metro area’s median income, and another 25 percent will be leased to tenants whose income is less than 60 percent of the median income.
