The 1312 Washington Avenue building is undergoing a $3.5 million conversion into lofts. Now known as the Garment Row Lofts, the building will consist of 12 units with prices ranging from $185,000 to $295,000. The store will include a fine coffee and espresso bar with pastries, comfortable seating, breakfast meeting catering (with free delivery) and free wireless internet service.
