Chasten Properties plans a $22 million redevelopment of the three linked buildings comprising the seven-story building at 1123 Washington Avenue known as the Lucas Lofts building. The Lucas Lofts will be converted into 106 loft condominiums on floors 2-7 with a splash pool, sundeck, and basement parking provided for the residents. The condominiums will range in size from 691 to 2,700 square feet and sell for $114,900 to $492,100. A bowling alley is also in the plans at street level. Construction can start immediately and is expected to take about a year. Reservations on units can be made by calling 314-647-0001.
