So what exactly is a loft condo/apartment?
"The term 'loft' generally is associated with large, airy, non-conventional apartments that visually and
honestly express the character of the original building. Often, loft apartments have multiple levels created
by platforms to afford the occupants maximum access to exterior light. Loft apartments are usually associated
with adaptive reuse of older buildings into interesting and unique apartment places. The result is a secure,
quiet, solid, spacious-feeling living environment with expansive views and a wonderful infusion of light."
Dwelling in the City is an exciting and invigorating experience where an occupier can take advantage of having
both their working environment and entertainment & cultural facilities accessible within minutes.
